Just-4u.me Inc. was established in 2022 in Toronto, Canada, our CEO COOTO's immigrant homeland in North America. Originating from a small home-based pastry shop called Up in the Air—Outer-Space Dessert in the CEO's childhood hometown, Taiwan, back in 2021.
The founder of Just-4u.me Inc., Yuchun Huang (annester.com), used to work in the food and tech industry. Majorities were familiar with tech businesses and had experiences that helped IT businesses grow, making revenues globally as an entrepreneur (annester.com).
Since 2019, annester.com has noticed the food waste and has been committed to offering innovative ideas and customization options to enhance customer satisfaction for all industries. In 2025, our platform expanded to the fashion industry, creating accessories for the home.
During my time in business, I found that achieving customization required a significant amount of effort. Consequently, I began designing an online solution to simplify the customization process.
In 2022, the website was in the conceptual stage, and we registered our headquarters in Toronto. In 2023, we developed and tested our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with numerous customers. That same year, we established a subsidiary in Shenzhen, attracted investor funding,
and received a $5,000 award from the city of Toronto. In 2024, we began receiving orders and increasing our sales revenue. That same year, we implemented online payment options and planned to upgrade to a new version that would introduce new features for three countries.
However, due to the concerns of privacy issues for credit card users and the scam trend, our platform only accepts online transfers and uses British online transfers (providing transferring, debit, and cash users).
In 2025, Just-4u.me implemented online shopping and information functions and is dedicated to adding more functions,such as social and so many more advanced functionalities.
Just-4u.me is an environmental-first company; all the business decisions are not relying on quantitative data but on qualitative data from CEO Yuchun Huang. However, in terms of design decisions, we value adaptable results assisting decision-making from quantitative solutions but also care about international users, so we provide a fair, fast, problem-solving, environmentally friendly solution for our users.
But also preparing for future functionality investment based on our CEO, COOTO's technology sense, and future market vision as a decision maker for the company. As an environmental-first company, we value long-term life cycles for the environment and the company instead of short-term revenues and scam revenues (guessing data and rumored data), and we refused scam revenues from the Bible and fake imaginary
trends from the CEO's data. CEO of COOTO, Yuchun Huang insisted on making the most accurate, impactful, sinless decisions for the sake of maintaining a long-term lifecycle for business & environment. All the business decisions for Just-4u.me are aimed at everlasting relationships with the environment, providing positive impacts for users of the company. CEO, COOTO, is also adapting decisions all the time and refused to cooperate with businesses that are constantly making wrong decisions by making decisions
with temporary data from CEO, COOTO, Yuchun Huang. Temporary data means knowing what the CEO would like to do as a function and doing exactly the same data, without thinking for business decisions or investing in data that was not confirmed (in-person conversational confirmation) with the CEO or COOTO, but adapting data (second-hand data: talking with other people, internet data) from the CEO and COOTO.
The environmental crisis had brought significant problems since 2019 and had been threatening the existence of human history. From human personalities causing society issues and the general scam trend (imaginary from artworks) ever since 2019, and also the lack of pursuing intellectual decisions for all perspectives for living, the situation we are facing right now was caused.
Our company is not just providing solutions for helping shape a green environment but also providing solutions you cannot find from AI technology, from inner to environment, to educate and change humans's behaviors to guide humans to find a way to survive.
As the first environmental company, we aim to reduce waste, alleviate poverty, and generate revenue for partnering businesses (online shopping platforms) through our advanced technology. The concept and service were conceived by the company's owner, while the minimum viable product (MVP) was developed by a team of international talents. The market-ready version is currently being developed in Canada. In 2025, we are proud to say we help 80-90% of our users to gain revenues by providing products and membership fees only.
For our customers, we developed an online 3D customization platform that enables personalized experiences, addressing waste issues related to product dissatisfaction. Additionally, we created opportunities for customers to place custom orders internationally, particularly benefiting immigrants and individuals with international connections. We designed this 3D customization solution for global markets to reduce waste and boost customer satisfaction.
During our first two years, our market research focused on Ontario. We conducted local market studies, including a study in the life of a chocolate production company in Hamilton, a questionnaire for bakery chefs in Toronto, and a focus group interview with a local farm market retailer in Kitchener. After, we expanded markets to Taiwan, and users grew as long as our function and revenues did.
Based on global customer research, we have confirmed that our solutions can:
Increase orders from local retailers to alleviate price pressure caused by inflation.
Create international recognition for local businesses by offering accurate food information, including complimentary items, discounted products, and personalized recommendations. Offer innovative menu suggestions to support chefs.
Overall, our short-term services aim to alleviate global food shortages, lower prices for bakery suppliers, and enhance customer satisfaction to address global waste issues. For the long term, we will continue to work on new functionalities, expanding into other industries, and spreading positivity to people around the world.
