Software(Website) Agreement:Just-4u.me INC is a Canadian company registered in Toronto, Canada in 2022. It’s Subsidiary 94zs.love(九四专属) was registered in August 2023 in Shenzhen, China. Our websites(Just-4u.me and 94zs.love) were created between September 2022 till now and authorized by cooperated company and development team. Our company owned the copyrights of the coding and the websites can’t be used for free unless we invited our customers to join our company’s event or after launch offically.
Software(website) licensing agreement:Software License Agreement: Before using the software, you must agree to the requirements of this license agreement.
1.Authorization
The website program (hereinafter referred to as "website") in the linked webpage is licensed to you by JUST-4U.ME INC. (hereinafter referred to as "JUST-4U.ME") and may only be used in accordance with the terms of this licensing agreement.
2. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software or create other derivative works from the software(Website).
You may not install this software(website) on a web server.
You may not trade, distribute, lease, assign, loan or transmit copies of the Software(website), or electronically transfer the Software to other computers over a network.
3. Copyright
You acknowledge and agree that this software(websites) are protected by copyright and copyright laws. Including name of the website, companies and all the vocabularies had used on the website for marketing and branding. We owned the domain names since 2022 and all the business ideas are written in business plans and pitch decks generated in 2022. We’re currently planning and developing all the functions we planned for the company.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
The software is provided "as is" without any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
JUST-4U.ME does not guarantee that the software will be free of errors or programming limitations.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages caused by defects, errors or deficiencies in the software, or by any circumstances, including but not limited to service interruption, business loss, loss of profits or goodwill, legal action or any consequences. JUST-4U.ME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. You are willing to bear all responsibilities arising from the use of this software.
sWe may modify these Terms periodically. We will notify Client of such changes via email or via other notification mechanisms. Client's continued use of and access to the solution after notice of such modifications indicates Client's acceptance of and agreement to the modified Terms. If Client violates these Terms, Client's permission to use the solution automatically terminates,
unless JUST-4U.ME waives such violation.
Definitions
The following capitalised terms used in this Agreement will have the meanings given below.
1. "Authorised Users": end users authorised to use or receive the benefit of the Force
Solution. "Confidential Information": any tangible or intangible information or materials, if conspicuously marked or designated verbally as "confidential" (or with words of similar meaning) and, if only orally disclosed, summarised by the disclosing party hereunder within thirty days after the disclosure, made available by or otherwise received from a party, or by such party's affiliates (collectively "disclosing party", to be either Force and its affiliates, or Client and its affiliates, as applicable), except to the extent that such information or materials: (a) through no act or failure to act on the part of the party receiving such information or its affiliates ("receiving party"), and through no violation of this Agreement, is now or hereafter becomes publicly known; (b) was rightfully known or lawfully in the possession of the receiving party prior to disclosure; (c) is independently developed by employees, contractors or agents of the receiving party; or (d) is hereafter
rightfully furnished to receiving party by a third party without restriction on disclosure. The
